Our Otaniemi campus is being renewed in many ways during the years to come, and Aalto CRE is in the core of the renewal.
Our strategic objectives include positive development of customer satisfaction and flexible, easy cooperation with the customers. We monitor customer satisfaction by annual questionnaires. We receive feedback on the facilities, campuses, service level of property management and maintenance, outdoor areas, Otaniemi restaurant services, and personnel’s activity. We utilise feedback in the development of our operations in terms of both properties and campuses and more widely within stakeholder group cooperation.
We care for our tenants by offering them customised space and service packages. When necessary, we help them find the right partners for various needs.
New Aalto CRE
Aalto CRE was established when Aalto University Properties Ltd owned completely by the Aalto University Foundation and Aalto University Campus Services were merged in the autumn of 2015. Together we for the new Aalto University Campus & Real Estate i.e. Aalto CRE.
Our objective is to serve Aalto University as well as the users of the university campuses in a more comprehensive way.
